Shipping policy

Product delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during purchase. (Delivery time is estimated at 11–18 business days) .

Business days are Sunday through Thursday; holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays are not considered business days.

The order date is not included in the delivery period.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external circumstances beyond the company’s control ,such as force majeure, technical failures, strikes, customs delays, severe weather, pandemics, or war.

In restricted delivery areas, as defined by Israel Post or other shipping companies, the company may deliver to an alternative location with prior coordination.

If a shipment is lost, the company’s responsibility is limited to resending the order at its own expense, after receiving confirmation of loss from the shipping company.

This clause does not apply if the loss results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
