At Noiré, we want every client to feel confident with her purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our customer care within 14 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Please note that all our garments are carefully inspected before shipping, and each piece is produced in limited quantities.
Because of the made-to-order and international nature of our logistics, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
All returns must be approved before shipping back. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
